follow The instructions to activate your membership

  1. Select NEW ACCOUNT on the mobile app and create a username and password.

  2. Verify your email address - you will be sent a verification email to complete the sign-up process, so please check your inbox (and spam folder).

  3. Enter your credit card information - your card will be charged automatically each month, 30 days from the date your membership is activated. To cancel your subscription, simply hit "Cancel Pass” under your wash subscription.

  4. Once you've signed in, select the "Buy Subscription" link located below your rewards card.

  5. Select the membership you'd like and hit "Buy Pass".

  6. Accept terms and hit "Confirm Purchase". You will then receive a confirmation and see that your wash package is active.

redeem washes

follow the two simple steps to redeem your washes:

*must be at the wash in order to redeem a wash code

Once at the wash, you will be prompted to use your subscription - or the blue button at the bottom of the main app screen will read, “Wash My Car”. You may select either option to retrieve a wash code.

You will be given a 6 digit wash code to enter at the payment kiosk. To redeem a code, proceed to purchase a wash like normal. Then, press the blue button that says, "Enter Wash Code" just below the large green “Purchase Wash” button.
