How do I redeem washes from my subscription at the wash?

Once you arrive at the wash, select “VIP Subscription” from the home screen on your app. A QR code will appear and remain on the screen for 30 seconds. On the kiosk screen, select the green button that says "Scan/Enter Code" and scan code at the barcode reader to redeem your wash.

If the QR code disappears before you reach the payment kiosk, simply tap “Generate Club Token” to create a new one. Please note that no extra washes will be lost - your membership only deducts a wash when a code is successfully scanned at the kiosk.

I had loyalty points on the old app, will these be lost when I switch to the new app?

Loyalty points won’t transfer between apps, which is why we’re offering all current customers a full month of washes for just $1. If you don’t want to continue with the VIP Club, you can cancel after your first month and won’t be charged again.

I had washes remaining on my VIP Subscription on the old app, will those be lost when I switch to the new app?

Washes from your current VIP subscription won’t transfer to the new app. To make the switch easy, we’re offering all current members a full month of washes for just $1 - your 30-day cycle will restart with a fresh set of washes.

What if I forgot my password?

No problem! You can reset this at any time. Simply go to your login page on the app and select FORGOT PASSWORD?- from there, you will enter your email address and be sent a link to reset your password. Watch your spam or junk folders, as the email may end up there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime and restart whenever you’d like. Go to Menu > Wash Clubs, then select Cancel Plan. After canceling, you’ll still have access to any remaining washes until the end of your billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again.

If I cancel my subscription, can I still use my remaining washes?

Yes! You'll have until the end of your billing cycle to use any remaining washes, canceling just ensures that you won't be billed in the future.

Do Unused washes roll over to the next month?

No. Each time your subscription renews, your monthly washes will start over.

I do not see the "Totally Touchless" wash option on the app, do you still offer this option?

Yes, we sure do! Just select the Touchless option in the app -this is a completely touchless wash. When you arrive at the kiosk, you’ll have the option to add the hub scrub and tire shine if you’d like.

What is AirPAY?

AirPAY works just like swiping a credit card—only more secure. Simply choose your wash at the kiosk, then open your app and select AirPAY from the home screen. A QR code will appear in your app for you to scan at the kiosk, and the payment will be processed using the card saved in your app.

What are the Loyalty Points for?

Loyalty points are accumulated for every wash you purchase - every penny = 1 point. Once you've gained 7,500 points, you are issued an XtremePro Touchless wash. This will automatically go into your Wallet in the app and you will have 30 days to redeem it.
