How do I redeem washes from my subscription at the wash?

Once at the wash, you will be prompted to use your subscription - or the blue button at the bottom of the main app screen will read, “Wash My Car”. You may select either option to retrieve a wash code.

You will be given a 6 digit wash code to enter at the payment kiosk. To redeem a code, proceed to purchase a wash like normal. Then, press the blue button that says, "Enter Wash Code" just below the large green “Purchase Wash” button.

Why do I need to enter my card information onto the app if I've already purchased a membership onsite?

In short, we use two separate payment platforms - one for the RFID tag, and one for the Mobile App. You will never be charged on both - we've got you covered. You will need to enter your card information into the PAYMENT INFORMATION section under PROFILE, as the app will not allow you to redeem washes until this step is complete.

We used to exclusively offer our RFID tag pass for our monthly subscriptions, which is what you enroll in when you purchase your membership at the wash. We now offer memberships on our mobile app, but through a different payment platform (STRIPE). When you visit washhelp.com to complete your membership and select to use the mobile app pass, we load the first month of washes that you already purchased at the wash.

What if I forgot my password?

No problem! You can reset this at any time. Simply go to your login page on the app and select FORGOT PASSWORD - from there, you will enter your email address and be sent a link to reset your password. Watch your spam or junk folders, as the email may end up there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time and then start back up whenever you'd like! Simply select Manage Subscription on the app's home screen, and then CANCEL PASS under the subscription you currently hold. You will still have until your next billing date to use your washes but won't be charged again.

How do I restart my subscription?

When you're ready to restart your subscription, simply log onto your app and select Buy Subscription under your REWARDS CARD. From there, select and purchase the subscription you'd like to use.

Do I lose my washes when my billing cycle is renewed?

Your billing cycle will run for 30 days from the date that your app account is activated. You will not have access to any unused washes once your billing cycle has been renewed.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. In order to upgrade, simply select Manage Subscription on your app and select the subscription you'd like to upgrade to and hit BUY PASS. You will then have access to that subscription and will see a charge on your account for the difference in the monthly fee (typically a few dollars). You may also downgrade at any time, but you will not have access to the new subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I change from soft-touch to touchless washes and vice versa?

You can change your subscription to a different choice wash option by selecting Manage Subscription on your app and selecting the subscription you'd like to use and selecting BUY PASS. If this is an upgrade, your subscription will change to the pass you've selected, but if it is a downgrade or the same subscription level, you will not have access to the new subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

I received an error message on my app and it will not let me retrieve a code, what should I do?

This is typically due to an issue with either the Android or iPhone device itself, but you can try the following tricks, as one of them should fix the issue:

  1. Restart your phone.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall your Xtreme Clean Auto Wash app.
  3. Make sure your location services are on when at the wash.
  4. Turn off your Wi-Fi and use data if you can just to retrieve the code onsite.
