The back of my vehicle did not get clean.
The SoftTouch uses a variable frequency drive motor to "feel" your vehicle to ensure it does not do damage. Unfortunately, in vehicles with spoilers or exposed spare tires, this can make it difficult to clean. You may want to try our Touchless wash. This may produce the results you’re looking for on the back of your vehicle.
We have eliminated most of these problems with the addition of Hypertilt, Spot Free Rinse and a Velocity Wax pass that neutralizes any chemical left on the vehicle.
I have a Coupon Code – how do I redeem it?
To redeem a coupon code simply press "Redeem Coupon" on the main screen instead of the "Purchase Wash" button. Your coupon will be reflected in your final purchase price.
I did not receive correct change or need a refund, how do I get reimbursed?
We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving incorrect or incomplete change. At times, as with other typical vending machines, we do experience bill jams or run out of correct currency. Simply fill out our Correct Change Form and we will be happy to help you.

Xtreme Clean takes all claims very seriously and have an extensive claims process. Unfortunately, when the car gets cleaned, that’s when people notice damage and it is often assumed to be a result of the car wash.
